Down Payment Assistance
NHSIE has two different DPA products available for applicants.
Down Payment Assistance isn’t applicable to Manufactured Homes that are in Parks or on Leased Land
SOAR is a $10,000 or more loan amortized for 30 years with balloon payment due in 10 years for FHA and 15 years for Conventional, interest rate will match first mortgage loan not to exceed 5%. Income limits as follows:
