Down Payment Assistance isn’t applicable to Manufactured Homes that are in Parks or on Leased Land

SOAR is a $10,000 amortized for 30 years with balloon payment due in 10 years for FHA and 15 years for Conventional, interest rate will match first mortgage loan not to exceed 5%. Income limits as follows:

The Manufactured Homes Mortgage Assistance Loan is a maximum of $95,000 deferred for 30 years with simple interest rate of 3%, income limits are as follows:
