Kailin dirige NHSIE como CEO de la organización. Tiene más de 5 años de experiencia en gestión y operaciones, 10 años de experiencia en comunicaciones y 10 años de experiencia en desarrollo de programas y organización comunitaria. Su papel y experiencia son esenciales para mejorar la productividad y eficacia de NHSIE, así como para ofrecer nuestro mejor servicio y apoyo a la comunidad.

Clarice recently became the Deputy Director but had been NHSIE’s HR/Compliance Manager for twelve years and is directly responsible for the overall administration, coordination and evaluation of the human resource functions for the organization. In addition to HR, Clarice oversees maintenance of NHSIE’s certifications and handles outcome tracking, reporting, and compliance monitoring. Her knowledgeable background and experience are invaluable for teaching workshops and advising clients as well as ensuring staff members satisfy all housing counseling educational requirements.

As NHSIE’s Office & Finance Manager of more than four years, Cynthia has comprehensive knowledge of accounting and audit principles, A/P, A/R, payroll, general ledger postings, invoicing, and regulatory compliance guidelines. She prepares monthly, quarterly, and annual Profit and Loss Statements as well as balance sheets for NHSIE. Her high-level skills in analyzing cost control and providing financial information helps support the overall function of the organization.

Joel performs some of the most essential responsibilities needed for the functionality of the nonprofit as NHSIE’s Program Operations Manager. He manages and troubleshoots NHSIE’s reporting, data collection, and client processing through Salesforce while implementing improvements and new data integrations. With his great time-management and detail-oriented vision, Joel helps NHSIE stay organized through coordinating meetings and appointments for the counselors while also ensuring the organization’s business accounts, website, and social media are updated and maintained.

As the Executive Assistant, Nicole provides direct support and administrative assistance to the agency’s CEO while working as a liaison between the executive team and external community. Through her organizational skills, ability to take initiative, and adaptability, Nicole ensures goals, projects, and meetings are maintained and completed for NHSIE’s executive team.

Dora Puentes is the Interim Director of Housing Programs and Services for NHSIE. She is a real estate broker and a knowledgeable counselor with experience in helping connect clients to the resources they need to succeed.

Starting off as a volunteer at NHSIE for six months, Maria has continued to support NHSIE for over ten years and currently works as the organization’s Real Estate and Lending Manager. She oversees and reviews packets for down payment assistance eligibility as well as processes, underwrites, closes, and services secondary financing loans. As a licensed Mortgage Loan Originator, she has assisted with over 600 down payment assistance loans for homebuyers seeking to purchase property owned by NHSIE.

Kiara viene a NHSIE como un graduado de la Universidad Estatal de California, San Bernardino, y sirve como un especialista de admisión de la Agencia. Monica ayuda a NHSIE interna y externamente como Coordinadora de Apoyo a Agencias de la organización. Con más de cinco años de experiencia administrativa y de servicio al cliente, ayuda a dirigir a los clientes que preguntan al departamento correcto para diversas necesidades y proporciona apoyo adicional a cada departamento en NHSIE. La experiencia de Mónica en la resolución de conflictos, relaciones con los clientes, y su capacidad bilingüe hace de ella un enlace fiable entre los clientes y NHSIE.
