In-Person Dream for All Cohort (6 Week Program)

The Dream for All Cohort Program is an intensive eight-hour class spread over 3 weeks. The class meets twice a week on Tuesday’s and Thursday’s.
This course is designed to empower prospective homebuyers with essential knowledge and skills to navigate the complex world of real estate. In particular, it will help you understand and potentially utilize the state funded, Dream For All program, which can provide up to 20% of your housing payment.
This interactive course focuses on equipping participants with the necessary tools to make informed decisions throughout the homebuying process, emphasizing financial literacy, money management, financing opportunities, and the creation, security, and transfer of generational wealth.
This comprehensive Homebuyer Education Course is designed to empower participants to make informed decisions, fostering a community of confident and well-prepared homebuyers ready to embark on the journey of homeownership.
