Open House: Buying Back the Block

Join us at our “Buying Back the Block.” We will introduce the Jack Hill Initiative, which is NHSIE’s plan to increase wealth and homeownership amongst the black residents in the Inland Empire.
Dedicated to making homeownership more achievable for people of color in his community, Jack Hill co-founded the Neighborhood Housing Services of the Inland Empire more than 40 years ago. Jack Hill was a war veteran, successful businessman, and the first African American President of the San Bernardino Chamber of Commerce. NHSIE plans to continue his legacy in the IE through the Jack Hill Initiative, where we will specifically promote homeownership and wealth building among African American residents in the Inland Empire.

Clarice has been NHSIE’s HR/Compliance Manager for twelve years and is directly responsible for the overall administration, coordination and evaluation of the human resource functions for the organization.
